The Ingredients

Mango

Our star ingredient! The ripe golden mangoes, known for their sweetness and exquisite floral undertones. Use the ripest, most luscious mangoes you can get your hands on.

Bell Pepper

Whether it’s a fiery red, a zesty green, or a sunny yellow, bell peppers are a delightful crunch and a pop of color to our salsa. So, choose your pick or mix them all!

Onion

The best choice for our flavorful fusion is purple onions. Their inherent sweetness ingeniously complements the mango, crafting a delightful symphony of flavors.

Dressing

The secret sauce – homemade roasted spice mix and fresh lemon juice. This magical dressing gives our mango salsa its zing and sets it apart from the rest. To prepare this, you need:

Cumin seeds
Coriander seeds
Dried red chilies
(optional)

Fresh lemon juice

Dry roast these spices cool, and grind to a fine powder.
Add lemon juice, a little salt and a bit of sugar or any sweetener.Mix and keep aside.

Green Chillies

The spice maestros. The green chillies, lend a fiery edge to our salsa, which you can tweak as per your preference. Instead of green chillies, you can also use red pepper flakes.

Cilantro

Finally, add the freshness of cilantro. If you’re not a fan, swap cilantro with flat-leaf parsley, or additional basil or mint. It’s all about what suits your taste buds the best!
