The best part about this vegetable masala Maggi recipe is that you can use any combination of vegetables to increase the dish’s nutritional value. The vegetables, which range from onion to capsicum to tomato, are sautéed to give them a spicy and juicy flavor. A big favorite of hungry kids after school!
Ingredients At A Glance
Maggi -. You will need four to five packages of Maggi or Noodles with Maggi masala flavoring, which are included. If you’d like it a little spicy buy the Masala flavor otherwise the Tomato flavor will do.
Veggies – This recipe uses vegetables like carrots, potatoes, onions, and green chillies. You can add other vegetables like beans, broccoli, etc., too.
Eggs – I have added 2 eggs to make it even more delicious.
Oil – You can use any neutral oil as per your preference.
How Do I Prepare Maggi With Vegetables?
Add oil to the frying pan and fry the vegetables by adding some salt. Once done, keep aside in a bowl and prepare the scrambled eggs in the same pan. Add some salt to the eggs.
. Prepare the Maggi noodles as per package instructions. Gradually, add the Maggi masala from the enclosed masala pouch and mix it with the cooked noodles.
Serve hot with ketchup or hot sauce!
Tips For Preparing Maggi With Vegetables
- You can adjust the spices to your liking – you don’t need to add the full packet of seasoning mix.
- You can also top it with cheese.
