Hibiscus tea, with its bright red hue and tangy flavor, is a refreshing and healthy beverage that can be enjoyed hot or cold.


  • 2 tablespoon dried hibiscus petals
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoon lime or lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener of choice


  1. Boil the water in a kettle.
  2. Add some dried hibiscus flowers and let it steep for a couple minutes.
  3. Add lemon or lime juice and your sweetener of choice. I use Monkfruit sugar.
  4. Sip your beautiful tea and enjoy!
